Product
areas
Munters is divided into three product areas: Dehumidification,
MCS (Moisture Control Services), and HumiCool (Evaporative
Cooling/Humidification).
Dehumidifcation offers
products and solutions to help customers regulating
the climate for production processes and safeguard
the quality of products and materials by controlling
the humidity. Constant, low humidity prevents rust,
mold, frost, and other degradative processes. Munters
customers gain a more efficient production process
and higher quality of their finished products. Munters
solutions are based on desiccant dehumidifiers for
drying air.
MCS - Moisture Control Services,
offers services for water and fire damage restoration
and for temporary climate control. The MCS service
concept is based on drying instead of rebuilding following
water or fire damage, a method that increasingly has
become an industry standard in this area. MCS has
more than 300 service depots in 20 coutries available
around the clock, 365 days a year. MCS also offers
methods for shortening and improving construction
processes.
HumiCool offers products
and solutions for evaporative cooling and humidification.
The technology is used in a multitude of applications.
The technology makes it possible to cultivate plants
and raise poultry in hot, dry climates and in climate
control systems for cooling and improving air quality
in factories, offices and private homes. CELdek®
and GLASdek™ are well-known products.
Regions
The activities of Munters is organized in three geographic
regions, each with distinct market and climate conditions,
Europe, The Americas and Asia. Munters maintains its
own sales organization with technical and after sales
support within each of the three regions.
