| Lennart was appointed CEO of Munters
1995. Prior to Munters, Lennart spent several
years in different positions at ASEA Robotics
where he moved from Division Sales Manager to
Managing Director of a UK subsidiary. In 1986
he joined Atlas Copco Asembly Systems as Managing
Director. He left in 1991 to join AB Gustavsberg,
a well-known Swedish sanitary ware producer, as
Managing Director. Lennart has a Master of Science
from the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm,
and a degree in Finance from the Universities
of Gothenburg and Uppsala. |

| Bernt joined Munters in 1997 as
Chief Financial Officer. Prior to this, Bernt
worked at the Incentive AB/Metric Group as a Group
Finance Director, and at Inter Scan Group as Executive
Vice President. He holds a degree in Finance from
the University of Uppsala, and has attended a
Management education at INSEAD/CEDEP. |

| Mike's career within Munters consists
of senior posistions as Executive Vice President,
and President of Munters Corporation. Mike has
also been the General Manager for Cargocaire/Zeol.
Other experience comes from his time at Reda Pump
Company where he was the General Manager. Mike
has a B.S. in Business Administration and Economics
from the Drury College in Springfield, and has
attended the Senior Executive Development Program
at the Northwestern University in Evanston. |

| Sören came to Munters from
the Swedish heavy truck manufacturer Scania, where
he was Director of Human Resources. He had an
extensive career within Scania, and worked for
several years both in Argentina and Brazil. Sören
has a Bachelor of Science and Social work from
the University of Stockholm. |
